Believe it or not, I've gone through conditions kind of similar to yours up here in Edmonton. Admittedly, it was probably Condition 2.5 or 2.75 compared to what you're encountering, but wicked nonetheless. -30 or -35, wind blowing maybe 20-30 knots. Windchill -50 or -60. It actually happens in Edmonton.

Only thing to do is relax, move around really carefully, and wait for the break. Relax and don't go stir crazy, you'll be up here before you know it. Just in time for the buildup to the NFL playoffs.
