Great pictures again Matt. I like the picture of you at the peak of your hike, with the volcano in the background. My knee hurts so I can't run, but I'm now rollerblading. It was 17 degrees in Wisconsin and the air tortured my throat and lungs. Do you have any secret remedies to resolve this problem, since you are now the expert on frozen tundra exercise?
