Welcome to Matt's Marathon Training Calendar. I'm just a normal guy who wanted to see a visual representation of when and how I should run when preparing for a marathon. Most marathon training programs are weekly-based, meaning you need to "do the math" to figure out exactly when the Wednesday of Week 12 is, as an example, in relation to the race date. This application simply takes a few popular marathon training programs and overlays them on a calendar view so you can see very quickly and easily what each day's training regimen includes. Hopefully this will help you finish your marathon strong!
