Great over a field of greens with some carrot matchsticks, mandarin oranges, bean sprouts, and almond or cashew slices
2/3 c. vegetable oil
1/2 c. pure maple syrup
1/2 c. apple cider vinegar
2 tbsp tamari
2 tbsp toasted sesame seeds
1/2 tsp dry mustard or wasabi powder
1/8 tsp ginger
Combine, shake well, and chill.
